Karen Stuckey

Senior Director, Transition & Case Management Services

Karen has over 16 years of experience of working with adults with disabilities. She is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor-Certified Addiction Specialist (CADC-CAS) and has worked as case manager with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities to assist individuals return to living independently in the community by providing wrap around services to ensure their safety, ongoing access to quality care, and community services. For the last 3 years, Karen is the California Community Transitions Program Director for Choice in Aging.
