Holly Tillman

Holly joined Choice in Aging as the Vice President of Operations in November 2023. Her primary responsibilities are overseeing the daily operations of the organization, and to support and direct program operations to ensure regulatory compliance. Prior to Choice in Aging, Holly was a Client Relations Director at Wells Fargo Asset Management for 23 years, specializing in client service and business development for public and corporate pension plans, foundations, and endowments. 

Elected to the Clayton City Council in 2020, Councilmember Tillman also serves on numerous committees and boards. She served as Vice Mayor for Clayton in 2022, and is the creator and advocate for Clayton’s first Firewise community. She is also the Chair of the League of California Cities Community Services Policy Committee and Clayton Pride; on the Executive Board of League of California Cities East Bay Division and the Mt. Diablo Education Foundation; and a member of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District Anti-Bias, Anti-Racism Committee, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), East Bay Chapter, the Clayton Business and Community Association (CBCA), and the American Association of University Women (AAUW). 

Holly and her husband Matt have two daughters, Jordan and Jada. Holly and Matt are looking forward to becoming empty nesters later this year.
